Marc Vitorillo is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a business degree in Management Information Systems. He began his career as a Network Engineer for 6 years with IBM Global Networks and ATT Global Networks; managing and analyzing major companies’ network infrastructure globally.  He believes that it all comes down to really listening to the clients’ needs and then doing everything in his power to provide a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to accomplish them.

Scott MacWherter

Scott MacWherter is a licensed real estate agent with Florida Team Realty and is a former U.S. Marine. Scott produced and co-host the show Success Made Simple. He is a lifetime student of business and personal development.

He is a Tampa Bay native and been licensed in Real Estate since 2004. The market is more challenging these days than it has ever been. Scott navigates you through the real estate minefield. Josephine Schaaf

Jo Schaaf is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Florida Team Realty.  She specializes in Commercial real estate with many national corporate clients, as well as many first time and seasoned property investors. 

She grew up in the Tampa Bay area and has built an extensive network amongst her peers. 

As a former real estate paralegal and loan specialist, she has more than just the typical knowledge gained through the real estate sales experience.

Gary Schaaf

Gary Schaaf is part of the Commercial Real Estate team of Florida Team Realty as he also holds a real estate license in the State of Florida.  Gary is a business and real estate litigation attorney in the Tampa Bay area, and have been practicing in Florida since 1987. He is a shareholder with the firm of Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., which has offices throughout Florida, in New York and New Jersey, and internationally. Gary is rated “AV” by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory – its highest professional rating – based upon the endorsement of his colleagues in the areas of professional conduct, ethics and ability.

Gary has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation including real property disputes, contract litigation, probate and trust litigation, land use litigation, mortgage foreclosure litigation, injunction actions, personal injury litigation, professional malpractice and negligence claims, bankruptcy, franchisor/franchisee litigation, and banking litigation and regulatory matters, as well as contract and lease drafting, and general corporate and business representation.

Gary Schaaf also has extensive experience as a Certified Circuit and Federal Court Mediator and training in arbitration by the Florida Bar. His clients have included national, state and local financial institutions, multi-national corporations, governments, businesses, health care professionals and individuals.
